October 2024: Pink Up The Pace - Early Detection, Lifelong Protection

Posted by Keslyn Hart on

The Charity of the Month for October was a no brainer for me. This month we are donating to the non-profit Pink Up the Pace. My family and I will be walking in the 5k on 10/5 to support my stepmom who just finished chemo for breast cancer.

Pink Up the Pace is a heartfelt nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals affected by breast cancer, especially those who are uninsured or underinsured. They raise funds to provide vital breast cancer imaging services, such as mammograms, to ensure early detection, which can save lives. Beyond financial support, Pink Up the Pace raises awareness about the importance of early detection and offers guidance and encouragement to breast cancer survivors and their families. With community-driven events like their annual 5K, they inspire hope and empower individuals to take control of their health and make a difference in the fight against breast cancer.

Early detection saved her life, and I encourage you to stay informed as well. Together, we can make a meaningful impact in the fight against breast cancer.

Thank you for being part of this journey.
Xoxo, Keslyn <3
